A Kinder workplace creates Higher-Performing teams

This training will explain the research behind Kindness, debunk misconceptions about Kindness, explain why creating a culture of Kindness improves business results, and introduce strategies for how to introduce more Kindness in every business interaction.
Participants will be trained on ways to build Kindness habits and bring Kindness into every element of the workplace such as onboarding, management, teamwork, feedback, difficult conversations, and more.
Our approach is backed by science and developed based on the hundreds of research papers about the benefits of Kindness. We use this data-driven approach to deliver the maximum impact for both the individual employees and the holistic business. Our approach of leading with Kindness creates workplaces where everyone can succeed and thrive together.

Module 1 will start with an understanding of what is Kindness at work and why is it important? There are many misconceptions about Kindness. In truth, being Kind is often not the easy choice. It involves establishing empathy with people who you may not understand or agree with. It means maintaining sincerity in all communications and not acting with hypocrisy or deceit. It is taking the time to express gratitude and recognition for others and for yourself.
And when we practice Kindness at work, we build cultures based on trust, empathy, connection, which lead to higher performing teams. The benefits are exponential for the individual, the team, and the company.
DAY 1 (9 AM TO 12 PM) Instructor-Led
Activities & Exercises (1 pm – 4 pm)
Module 2 will build on the learnings from Module 1 to create actionable plans to put Kindness into practice into your own workplace. We’ll review how to create habits and some best practices for keeping Kindness embedded in our daily workplace decisions and actions.
We’ll discuss how to measure the impact of Kindness in your own teams and provide tools and resources the continue to build your Kindness muscle and recognize the maximum impact in your office and in yourself.
