Job Description – Marketing Analytics & Strategy Intern
We’re looking for an intern passionate about analyzing performance and strategies on social media who is excited to learn, grow, and make an impact. You’ll join our mission to encourage and enable Kindness habits for billions. This is a very hands-on role with a lot of ownership, and you’ll see the results of your work in the market in real-time. You will work directly with the CMO and the team, primarily in discussing the strategy of KindWorks.AI on social media. You will also be able to engage and participate in content creation.
We seek candidates who bring a growth mindset, embrace feedback, and are proactive and collaborative. Successful candidates will bring fresh ideas, be willing and excited to try new things, and bring their strong communication and collaboration skills to the team.

What you will do:
- Discuss and implement strategies for our social media platforms based on analytical research
- Analyze and discuss the performance of our social media presence
- Research, recommend, and launch social media best practices
- Help draft and edit content for our social media platforms and podcast
Minimum Qualifications:
- Confirmed collaborative and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, multifaceted, global environment.
- Strong communication skills
- Growth Mindset, Curiosity, & Creativity
- Proactively perform tasks independently
Bonus Qualifications:
- Experience in extracting insights from data and creating actionable items
- Be familiar with Excel analysis. A more robust statistical knowledge is a notable asset.
- Proven ability to drive reach and engagement across social platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.
